Section formatting in Google results

I'm not sure what this is actually called, but if you do a search on "johnlewis.com" It formats the all the sections of the site under the main page. How / Why does it list like this and how can I get my onlione store to replicate this. Currently it just shows another page.

If you're talking about sitelinks, only Google know what the criteria are for these links to show.
