Good articles about the topics covered in the forums would be helpful. Have you considered adding a forum section where members can submit (decent) articles.

That would be a great idea! I am sure I've seen it being implemented somewhere else.

You don't want self promoting crap - sure.

But there is quite a few people in this forum who could write very good articles that would help - as no one can specialise in everything.

What's the reasoning behind the no?

I wouldn't think that Kalina, Shawn may be Mater of the Universe, but he is also very polite and usually fairly patient.

I didn't mean Shawn, I meant whoever gave me a red rating for making a suggestion.

    Shawn is great! :D

Thank you Dominic. I am just a little wary of making suggestions now, should someone not agree, look out...out come the whips. LMAO!

Mostly because we are not a SEO company and primarily not a SEO resource. We develop accounting software primarily. :)

Plus, there is nothing stopping anyone from posting an article in the forum, which pretty much is the same thing, isn't it?

Maybe you could give it a test run and see how it does, if it's not successful you can delete it. Articles are good sometimes but they should stay on subject with this forum.

Well all I'm saying is there really is no difference between an article posted as a thread in the forum compared to one in an "articles" section. Other than more people would read it if it was posted in the forum. Generally I don't think people are going to want to go to a different place altogether for articles (some will of course, but most wont).
