You didn't quote any sources in your article. How can anyone know that what the article states is even good information. For instance, your article states that Google penalizes IP's if those IP's are shared with slammers. I've read complete opposite tellings of that story, that Google in fact does not penalize based on IP address. Although, that was unfounded and probably speculative information as well, it also didn't quote it's sources. Could you let us know where you get the information at so that we too can see that it is in fact true? Thank you.

 

I do not think G penalize based on IP address.

But in one case.... which if the IP address are penalized by local government or country. Yes some countries will ask major SE to do so.

However, most of time G Y M ... do not penalize sites base on IP address.

that's because the patent explains ways that google could or wants to or has ranked sites in the past. just because it's patented doesn't mean it's in use.
