    Hi There, Happy Holidays ..

I am from non paypal country, so about 7-8 months ago I made up an account choosing Cyprus (Don't know the reason I chose cyprus :p) as country, I verified my account with Payoneer Debit Card and was using Us Payment Service to withdraw funds from paypal . Few days back my account got limited because there is some law in EU that's states that after an account receives more then 2500 euros the account holder have to provide ID and address proof which I can't.

So I am trying to open second account, already got a different number from Us Payment Service but problem is I am not able to verify the account because I can't use same Payoneer debit card .

So I was wondering should I go for Virtual Credit card to verify my account? I only use my account to receive funds and withdraw them to my card using Payoneer US Payment Service . I don't do any purchases from the paypal account.

It's always a good idea to have a second account in case there is a problem...with that said, it's always a good idea to play by the rules if possible.

Why didn't you use Payoneer in the first place?

I used my payoneer debit card with the first account which got limited , as you know once account is limited you can't use that Debit card to verift other account, Now I have verified my account with Us Payment Service , but the problem is there is a limit now , can you please guide me can I use Virtual Debit card to lift this limit, coz my payoneer debit will not going to work.
