    I am going to be selling the contents and domain of www.seaveeowners.com at a reasonable offer.

    The site has been around since July 2004 and has done pretty well for the small group that it targets.

    Seavee Boats are one of the most popular fishing boats and this site with the right SEO campaign, can really be expanded into high traffic and adsense earnings.

    THe site is a PR4 and listed very high in google and other major SE's for "Seavee":

    The revenue is purely adsense.

    The revenue is very inconsisten from $1 to $6 per day. Many days I get clicks on the insurance page and payouts are very well.

    THe site could be optimized better for adsense...

    I'm not sure what I'm looking to get as of yet, make you offer.
