I have created a website which gets seasonal traffic as I had generated the content for only the months of summer.

Site follows an seo method which is not so popular which I will tell only to the buyer.
The site can be further expanded.

Traffic is mainly search and referring traffic.

The site generated around 5000 USD in May June July of 2009 during which pageviews were around 2.5 million.
and generated 1800 USD in May June July of 2008 through adsense.

If you would need to increase the income then you need to do some more backlink building.
The site is kind of spam nature and the content quality is low.

In other months the website generates 40000-60000 pageviews each month and goes a bit high in january.

Total investment of mine was around $100.
