Searching the SE's

I just want to know is there any way that i could search sites that are relevant to mine in Se's and filter them out by PR or by its rank.

You can use Prase.us search engine, allow you to search according to Pagerank and search engine rankings. The result may took long but you will be amaze by the results. D

for relevant site: "related:www.innerauto.com" (without " ")
