You can do Local Listing, Product Listing, CSS Submission, PPT submission etc..

 

use exact match domains.
mean domain names same as keyword you targeting.

You can do classified, sell your product in Google product, Amazon and so on and get link from there as well.

 

Link wheels are very effective...

 

spy on your competitors and find out how they rank well on google.
