Sounds like you want to put an article on a site that gets good Google SERP positions, right? You have to do a search, visit each one, and ask. Or, you can go to the better article submission sites.
Nop, what I want is websites in Google News where I could add an article. I want visibility, not positioning for this stuff.
You should chose 5 sites that you think would be a great fit, based on the sites found doing a news search at Google for the keywords you want. Then contact the contact. Say: "How can I get my article below on your site?" Then include the first 200 words of your article, followed by ... Then say, how can I pay you? PayPal? Or something like that.
It's all about visibility. You need to contact webmasters and be cool. Let them know that you have an interesting article you need to promote. To be cool. Add a link to one of their articles and let them know.
If you have quality article then I can publish it on my blog but after 6 months as lots of articles are queued for publishing there.
