Searching Google And Including . (Periods)

    Google automatically strips periods from it searches. How can I preform a search and include the period. Using quotes does not work (whatever.something). Is there a way to get around this?

    I think it searches for the terms including the period also and it shows them first then it shows the terms without the period.

    Thanks for the reply. I do not think that is the case. My searches are not even close to what I am looking for. Anybody else have an idea.

    Google considers periods, and dashes spaces.
