    I am searching for trusted PPC advertising program that i can fund my account with Paypal. Geo targeting is also very important for me. I need for promo of health related website. Please give me some suggestions.

    Search Simple allows funding via PayPal and they're matching advertiser deposits up to $50.00 at the moment.

    I believe the minimum bid is 2 cents, and you can do a bid search to fine tune how much you'll need to bid on certain keywords to gain the top listing.
