Searching for low competition keywords

    hi i'm looking for a list of word you use when searching for longtail keywords..

    some examples are :
    how do
    instructions
    tutorial
    directions

    Where will i find a list with these words/phrases ?

    or What word is used for them so i can search..

    you could find those keywords using Google Adwords keyword tool. eg for keyword tutorial could be ajax tutorial, ruby on rails tutorial... etc
