I have an affiliate program for a product with decent payouts (about $80 per conversion) and high conversion rates (personally I have a 6% conversion rate on adwords without pushing it much at all). However I can't seem to find any knowledgeable affiliates. People who join the program are *newbies* who don't seem to know much about it. To make a story short, how/where can I find people who know what they're doing? Also any suggestions for making a program look trustworthy (to urge users to sign up)?
You have achieved a 6% conversion, what else do you need..I think you need your referal who can build their business so that you still have chance to make money from them.

If you already know what affiliate marketing is all about and know how to get high conversion don't you think you have the resources to teach new affiliate to be better affiliate. I think that is what internet marketing about. You find ways that work and you then teach others what works. They win and you win else well.
