I have a $100-300 Budget, the subject would be one of the following three options: Image/Video Hosting, Online Soccer Manager, or Movie Site. I do Photoshop/HTML style layouts, but don't have a lot of examples at this time, since I mostly do my own sites, and have since closed many projects. Have a look at "blocktapes" which is one of my latest. Very urban, but you may like. Contact me for more info anytime.
