[SEARCHING] For A Professional Programmer

Here's what I want:

I have a site where I provide a form for the customer. For example email, name and username. When he finishs his registration i want these informaiton automatically be sent to another form on an other site that is not my site and has the same.. in this example email, name and username.

If you think you can handle something like that - please send me a message! Of course you get well paid if you do a good job.
