I am searching for a script, CMS, turnkey solution....not sure what my options are but here is some of the criteria. 1. Easy to template and duplicate to add sites, preferably something that can be run through one source with multiple communities each with separate pages and admin area. 2. Easy to maintain for the not so savvy computer user. 3. Modular features such as classified, calendar, articles, download area...modules that would be of use to homeowners and their community. One example is: kcscripts.com/templates/community1.htm I really dont want to spend $299 on a non-profit community. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks,
