Searching a French SEO ?

I get my online store, and I would like to increase my PR/Search engine possition/Traffic/sale

but my store its a french website, so I need a target traffic and buyer (most of them need to be french )

So I'm searching someone can help me to do this work

However Ok its not a problem for the french title but I think its not a french targeted traffic

 

If your title is "Fleur Bleue" in french, it will increase your search engine ranking for "Fleur Bleue" and only french speaking people are searching "Fleur Bleue" in search engines.

Directories submissions is not to get more traffic, because people dont really search directories. It is used to gain backlinks for specific titles to increase link popularity vis a vis search engines and then get organic traffic from search engines.
