Nice little site for SEO that I bought a while ago. It's pretty slick looking and as far as I know it's unique. I bought it from http://www.dcddesigns.com/

Site home page is PR5 with all the internal pages are PR4.

The google income is so low I won't post it. Site value is from development, pagerank, and potential (loaded word I know).

I have not advertised the site at all. You could easily add pages to the site as I have it as php with include files for footer, header, and left. No database usage on the site. Simple php basically. I was planning to do a bit more with the site but haven't found time and since it's PR is solid I am going to sell it off.

Looking for an opening bid of $150 with a buy it now of $325. I have no closing date on this and I reserve the right to not sell if my buy it now is not met. More than likey I will sell to high bidder but I like to have an out in case it just seems too low.

Not all backlinks are shown you know.... Can easily be explained..

 

sometimes the theme of the links help as well. I have a website that got a PR5 because of only themes links. So, relavant links are important and get extra weight.

 

Also I think with the recent google updating it's being weird. The site was a PR3 before the latest update.

I was also wondering it's PR and check this site before posting it. The Fake PR checker says it's likely to be a legit PR.
