this is the place that you must check. this tool now gives you exact data about the searches from previous month.

 

I think google adwords tool is best but cpc they display is not right one . They display so high rates in those results but we get only few cents .

 

Is it really, my friend considering about those high rates too...

 

Don't use it to find the cpc, it's main use (for me anyways) is to find keyword popularity.

If your creating websites based on "high-payouts" you don't deserve to run a website. I'm sure those are all the same people that use the same cookie cutter template on all 10 of their websites... what a joke...

https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal is the best because it comes from the main source i.e google. I find it very effective. Also https://adwords.google.co.uk/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox is great for working out average CPC
