    What I need done:
I need a specific search tool made for my business, where people can choose from a certain array of options and the script can automatically filter results based on a list of solutions I would be able to add in the admin backend for them to see. An example of this can be found HERE (my business is not in phones), however I would like the tool to load results live, as soon as they specify what they would like when they are using the tool (this is where AJAX would come in).

In the admin backend I would be able to add more options later on if need be, and choose whether they can be a textarea, dropdown or a checkbox/radio button.

    Do not worry about graphics.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
You should have a great deal of experience in web programming. An indicator would be that you know exactly how to make this tool easily and quickly without error. Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus.

    Timeframe for delivery:
Please let me know how many hours you think this project will take you and how much you charge per hour.
