search script

    Free tool or for small money to buy. Suggestions?

    If it is a dynamic (database driven) site just create a few queries and form...*PRESTO*. If your site has been indexed by Google just use their search tool.

    I use the google API. Its perfect if your site is fully indexed and your content is pretty static.

    Use google's API's. If you don't want to then try Sphider or phpdig.
