My forum, http://www.adminfuel.com, was relaunched 2 weeks ago. It seems, however, that the search results in Google are that of the old forum and it doesn't seem to be listing new threads and posts from the relaunched forum.

Is this just a normal delay? Or is there something I have to do?

This is a normal delay and you have nothing to panic about. Google will not acknowledge on your changed that fast as you may expected. I would recommend you doing this and wait

    1. Sign up Google Webmaster Tools and get your forum verified first.
    2. Submit sitemap
    3. Do 301 redirect old pages to a new one if possible.

Yeah this is a normal issue ESPECIALLY if you are doing a 301 (permanent) REDIRECT.

    is this the case ?

to ensure you... one time I waited 30 days till google acknowledged new modifications.

of course it's not a RULE, coz if your site has a lot of backlinks, google will acknowledge modifications more faster.

Google just hasn't re-crawled your website, it should be updated soon again.

Try remaining patient for some time because it will take Google some time to access the new pages and make sure they are the updated copies to get indexed.

It is highly recommended to submit sitemap to google webmaster tools, and if your old urls are not existing any more, you have to redirect them to new one with 301 seo friendly redirect, check for robots.txt file if it is blocking any thing. If everything is fine, don't worry you will be listed very soon.
