I've noticed a few times that some search results have a list of links underneath. For an example, Google: martha stewart

    First Result:
How does Google decide which sites to do this with?

    Wrong.

Follow the link I provided earlier, Google states it's an automated process depending on the site structure.

If you have a deep, well structured site with several highly ranked 'individual' pages targeting different keywords (while still related), Google tends to do this with your results. Keep in mind in could take several years for your results to appear this way.

Right. It is in beta mode still and isn't done on alot of sites. But it is cool imo.

Surely if your site was listed like this at the top of the results for your keywords you would get the majority of people clicking to visit you!

That would be awesome as the site owner!
