Wrong. Follow the link I provided earlier, Google states it's an automated process depending on the site structure.
If you have a deep, well structured site with several highly ranked 'individual' pages targeting different keywords (while still related), Google tends to do this with your results. Keep in mind in could take several years for your results to appear this way.
Surely if your site was listed like this at the top of the results for your keywords you would get the majority of people clicking to visit you! That would be awesome as the site owner!
