Maybe this is old news, but I've never seen it before. At the bottom of the first page of search results on Google I saw this message: "In response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 1 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint that caused the removal(s) at ChillingEffects.org."
If a scraper scrapes your content you can file a complaint under the DMCA and get listing removed, I believe. http://www.google.com/dmca.html Shannon
The message provided a link to the complaint which I followed. It had details about who filed what complaint against who. Interesting.
I don't think he was saying it was him. I think he was just saying that he noticed the information there on a search he did. I have seen that before too, and also on searches that would have a result for copyrighted music or video downloads, etc...sites being removed because they were hosting such content.
