    like contact us,cpanel, help

    any idea ?

    They are sitelinks and picked up automatically if you rank #1 constantly for that keyword.
    There are no ways to get them manually and you can do nothing to get them except getting that position.

    dude I couldnt even say that for the sitelinks that i got ..
    Ive deleted some and they have given new ones a few days later..

    You will get that site link if you are ranking number 1 for a keyword that is frequently searching by your visitors.
