    I still vote for digital points own tool, http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/
    yes, you have to get a free google API to use it, but it's really not a big deal. Once a day I use the tool to track over 70 phrases. The tool shows me weekly and monthly ranking changes and checks 9,999 results deep. Additionally, it tracks backlinks, page rank, and the number of pages the sites you enter have indexed in google.

    By using a google API you are remaining within googles terms of service too.
