Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here is my situation: Background: Brand new vertical search engine currently in public beta. Receiving excellent feedback from users. High number of daily return visitors, currently around 10,000 uniques per day since launching 6 weeks ago. Currently being contacted by advertisers wanting to advertise on our site. The Dilemma: The team has no real idea on search monetization. (other than using google adsense) The Solution: Get Help! Someone with extensive experience working on monetization of search. Up to date on current industry best practices including PPC options, traditional CPM, sponsored search, white label providers, open source solutions, Click fraud issues, project Panama etc. etc. Must also be able to advise us how much we can charge advertisers on a CPM or CPC basis relative to our page views, number of search queries, and unique visitors. We need someone to review our search engine and work with us on a montization plan. If you can help and are interested pls contact me.
Why mess with success? Google's model of monetization seems to work well so either use it or copy it.
