search high pr link exchange sites

    i guess you have to do a manual search in the net. find a relevant website and email its webmaster if they are interested for a link exchange. but i think high PR websites offers a link exchange for a dollar, meaning you have to pay a certain amount!

    I do Agree manual Search with high PR website that related to our site. But one the problem is that they don't accept link exchange with new site oe site with less PR. Do you all agree?
