Search Google adress, city and country in V3

I want to put google maps in eg 1000 markers that I have in my mysql database, as do both without having to manually place?

On the other hand I want to get the map without markers, and later after a search of country, city or address (in different locations) appears the data from these same locations. How do I do that?

I use the V3 version of maps api.
