why u r not using direct Google Adsense search engine box ??
it will allow you to add Logo+custom colors, etc etc,

BTW i think there was option for Google search b4, means directs links were given above the VB search pages.

No doubt, Google Search is always great. But honestly I did not like the way Google Search results are displayed here on DP. I feel the old presentation method was much better - details like the owner of the thread, date, brief desc as tooltip, etc. simply make life simpler. I hope Google Search can also show all this... Until then, I prefer to use the old search method.. Sorry Google...

I am really finding this as an hassle - the new search option "Use Google Search" option checked by default.

To perform an internal search I have to uncheck this option everytime, is there anyway you guys could change this (maybe an one time action of disabling this from the User CP)?

Using google to search the site saves SERVER LOAD and is preferred on alot of sites..

The more people use THE SITE SEARCH,the slower the site could possibly become depending on the load @ the time..

So where is the problem to uncheck that option if you don't want to use 'Google Search' Its ease.

Ok, unchecking that option is not the hardest job in the world. But when you try to search multiple times a day it becomes a frustrating experience. Just my 2 cents.....
However if it is something to do with server load balancing (as the other member said here), it makes sense...

    1) It's as easy as it used to be; you put in the word, and you get your page. Might take a nano second more
    2) You can now search for words smaller than 3 words, which wasn't possible earlier.
    3) There's nothing as "AN HASSLE"
