search form in header, and filter results

    I am creating a tour website I would like to create a search form in a full screen slide and I would like for the results to be filterable like the ones below. how can this be done? Thanks in advance.

    It would be nice to have a bigger picture or describe it in a little bit more detail. I still am not sure what you mean

    Sorry for the vague question. The best example would be a site like Tour Radar. It has a Large search Form in the slide and the results are like most travel site, with a filter in the sidebar.
