Search for proxy hosts

    I want launch my first good proxy but the domain is new not in google e.t.c so i search for a starter plan for my proxy ... where are the best cheap proxy hosts ? ( 6 $ for only 1 proxy is not cheap for me )

    zelune.com is down , hostzup.com has bad reviews ....

    im currently with Hagio Host , iv had no problems and i think they have a number of starter packages for proxies.
