Am i using right tool for link building? http://www.webconfs.com/backlink-builder.php if my site is amout search engine optimization, and if i type "search engine optimization" in that tool as a keyword, then this tool shows me only competitors. I know it not a good idea to link to your competitors. Its better to find related topis sites? But what kind? If you have any suggestion of what kind of strategy i need to use, please let me know!
