Search for High Paying Keyword

    I am searching high paying keyword from where i can earn upto $2 per click, is some one know such keyword from which i can earn $2 or close to this.

    keyword: car accidents on private property
    CPC: $132.11
    global monthly search (exact): 58
    competition: low
    Domain available: .com is available

    keyword: structured settlement
    CPC: $124.31
    global monthly search (exact): 6600
    competition: high
    Domain available: .com/.net/.org were taken

    1) Go to Google keyword tool
    2) type in a search term relating to your niche.
    3) click sort by, then select approximate CPC.
    4) pick any keyword just above $2-$3 (you need to account for Google's cut don't forget)

    I use Keywordeye but they had some problems and they were down for a few days. Does anyone have a better solution?
