I need to get all of my DSL accounts into my found set, my best thought on how to do this is search the VCI field for ANY contents. I thought the wildcard was ! but when I search for ! I get 28 accounts, there should be like a thousand. How do I do a find for any contents in the VCI field. Thanks.

Set the search field to "=" (without quotes), then use the omit option (omit anything that equals nothing basically).

Nevermind, I may still be an idiot, but I found "show omitted records" under scripts, I'm good to go, thanks.

Crap, I'm back already, I should have given more details in my first post.

Here is what I'm trying to accomplish:

We had some issues with our DSL Hold script, so what I want to do is get all the ON HOLD customers with a VCI in my found set so I an manually make sure they were put on hold in the router.

    Thanks
