I have also signed up for homepage-friends.com. I don't know why yahoo is using some third party company to advertise their search engine. Yahoo is already an established search engine and easily available in firefox. Whatever I made 18 searches and my income for the first day is $ 0.14. But they will pay me after 45 days as soon I reach their minimum payout and request it.

To be blunt times are pretty bleak at Yahoo!
There market share is falling, and so too is there revenue/profit and there share price.

Therefore they are going to be looking at new ways to expand there user base ( even if technically they have to pay for it - surely they will easily make the money back in ads etc).

Homepages Friends has already delivered Yahoo! 200,000 new users, surely this is good for every one, Yahoo, Homepages Friends and oursleves - getting paid to search.

The best option you have got to earn some good money is to use Yahoo Search Funds.
I can frankly say that you cannot make a living out of it.

i know Scour does pay if you search using them but i haven't been paid

 

well what this stuff is i am not getting any who specifically pays for searching.
