Search Engines & Sub domains

    I was wondering about what do search engines like about submitting sub domains there since dont really want get banned from them and i would like to get them on there someday

    This question makes no sense and Matt Cutts awhile ago noted in a interview Google was treating sub-domains as sub-directories unless there was a substantial difference in content\relevancy.
