AdSense is the best, I have been testing SpeedyAds from EntireWeb and they are not performing well (terrible conversation rate) based on the relevancy of the ads and when they do get clicked on it is usually just for 2-9 cents. Also, they run their own ads across the network for which you do not get paid on if someone clicks (basically you are advertising for them for free).

Our business model is, and has always been quality before quantity. We show a minimum of ads on our network just to ensure the quality of our publishers.
