Search Engine Submitter Question

Hi,

I would like to add a Search Engine Submission Tool to my site so that my viewers can easily submit their site via mine while they are there reading my articles.

I was wondering if there were a free or reasonably priced Javascript tool that I could add to my site to do this that will submit my users sites to all of the major search engines along with many others?

The problem with those scripts is they are quickly outdated and no one keeps them up. So, for instance it says you can submit to Lycos, but Lycos does not accept submissions (there are a lot of these in there list).
