    Yes, it actually a must to submit the url to search engine when you change all content or a new website or you purchase someone domain or website and you change the content .
    If help search engine to index your website or reindex your website . Same like sitemap also a very useful ways to index your site by search engine.

    No absolutely no need to submit your website in any Search Engines. Instead of that, try hard to get some links from relevant websites to your website.

    There is no need to submit a website to Search Engines. However, registering your websites in Google Webmaster tools is highly recommended.
