May i submit my website in already submitted search engines, often. Will this bring any problem to site traffic through search engines?.

    hi.
They will not allow you post your site with the same URL, yes you can post your comment with the different URL's. Because if you use same URL, Google will not accept it and may be your site will be blocked.

    hi.
There is no problem if you post your website again with the different URL but if you will use same URL, they will not allow you.

I'll be honest with you, with at least google, if you submit your own website, it WILL hurt you. I've tested this, search engines instead love to discover your site themselves, at least with the big G.

You are only allowed to submit one-time and will not accept a subsequent submit.

No you can't do this. You don't submit same url in one search engine. It will create problem to your site. The search engine will not accept it.
