    You don't have to submit anything to the search engines, they will find you. It does take a few days / weeks sometimes but if you have nice content they usually come faster. Is it Wordpress ? That should be set up to automatically notify other sites when you post. Check your pingback / trackback settings.

    Cheers

    Maybe this little tidbit in your source code has something to do
    with it:
    <meta name='robots' content='noindex,nofollow'>

    Just a wild guess.

    I don't do wordpress, but I assume you need to change the
    privacy settings.

    Google it.

    my suggestion would be to add a signature link here at DP to your site. DP forums get crawled hourly and google is more likely to index your site more quickly. Then you need to work on getting do follow back links to your site (DP forums give do follow backlinks.)

    Search Engines will index your site automatically. The question is when. If you always add post then probably every two days. I suggest ping your blog or site to call those bots and search engine index your site faster.

    Use Pingler.com to ping your blog.

    I don't know why are you disallow languages extentions "Disallow: /*.php$
    Disallow: /*.js$"
    what is necessary. you should disallow pages only that you don't want to index.

    Yes enable all the settings shown here and just wait and have patience. You also have to ping your site in sites like pingoat and pingmatic. The crawler will crawl your site as per the new content added everytime.

    Check if you are having ping urls in the blog.

    Go to Settings >> Writing >> Update Services

    and add the ping urls for the search engines you want.

    My blog content get published in Google with 10 minutes after publishing the post.
