Is it good to submit your site 1 time every Month to Search Engines?
I read that is good for Seo. Is that truth or it will be risk for penalty ?

 

There is no penalty and it has absolutely no use to SEO. Don't waste your time. It was a common technique 9 years ago.

 

Moreover, submitting your site more than once to the same search engine is a waste of time. Once you are indexed, that's it.

Where did you get this? All SEs that actually generate traffic (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask) recommend you build "quality" back links to get indexed. SE submission is DEAD and useless to SEO. 9 years ago you would find the link to the submission page at the bottom of every page in the SEs, today you have to go through at least 2 pages before you reach the submission form, this is for a reason. There is nothing wrong with submitting the URL but it has absolutely no value to SEO.

Submitting your sitemap every week unless you have updates is useless! You should resubmit/ping the webmaster centrals "every time" you update it with new content.

 

So all of as we have to avoid submit our site more than 1 time as is useless... Right?

 

You don't need to submit your site every month.
It's a waste of time just like others have said.,...
It was already indexed in Google once you've done submitting, then that enough.
What you got to do is do Regular Updates on its contents.

 

Yes I know that, but some SEO Companies says that if you submit it every month you get better ranking

They are stealing your money! SE Submission is dead, I can say it 1 million times believe me and any other decent SEO out there, don't waste your time and money in SE submission!

I'm sure that "catanich" offers valuable optimization services but as far as the search engine submission it is worth nothing and you'll be better off spending your time drinking coffee than submitting your URL to search engines, at least having coffee with your friends you'll enjoy yourself.
