That's a good list! There are lots of tools out there which submit to a long list of search engines, usually for a fee. I suspect that's where this list came from!
This is completely pointless. There are only 4 or 5 search engines worth bothering with. The others a) take their results from those and b) are only ever used by 2 men and a dog. And you don't need to submit to those search engines - their function is to crawl the net finding links.
You only need to use Google, Yahoo and MSN. And you need to do this only once.
