Is there a really good service that can submit to all search engines world-wide and is there any benefit of doing so?
The benefit is small. If you get indexed by bigger search engines, the smaller ones will pick up by themselves. Go here and submit to the search engines there, that should be enough. Read the comments as well, you'll see what I mean. Good luck.
