Hi, i would first like to apologize if this is a question that gets asked a bazillion times a day, as i am new here, did a quick search and browsed the first page. I have also searched the internet for an answer, and I am afraid i might just not know how to describe it correctly in the search engine.

When you use google to search for something, and the results show the business name (typically) or website name, and then there are the sections or categories below as links, like contact, about us, return policy, etc.

How do you get your site to show up in search results like this? Is it automatic?

    Thank you in advance.

It is automatic and is called as "Site links". It is auto determined by Google. You can help Google by clearly demarcating or locating the menu items in your website clearly with appropriate metadata.
