Search engine rankings .com .co.uk

    How come a site I own is ranked 3rd on yahoo.com and on yahoo.co.uk its ranked 28th.... how does that work ? :confused:

    Think about it...If you were in the UK, wouldn't you prefer sites to come up that are from the UK?

    Especially in ECommerce where they are more likely to accept your currency and ship to you.

    lol :) I also find it harder the other way around.

    We are optimizing a .co.uk and of course we are doing really well in Yahoo UK but are having to work our a$$ off for the .com SERPS.
