    First do on page works including meta tag title,description and research for keywords. Choose set of keywords with low and medium competition level. the go for off page optimization.

    Try to focus on Keyword research, which is one of the major factor in Search Engine Optimization Strategy.

    High search volume means high competition. There is no correlation between the amount of searches a keyword gets and the amount of competition there is for that keyword.

    A student asked me what kind of insane budget I was spending to rank a 30,000 search keyword. He assumed that since the keyword had a high search volume, the competition must also be high.

    The truth is – I had just found a great keyword no one else had discovered. There are millions of highly searched keywords out there that just haven’t been discovered yet.

    There are also millions of new keywords created everyday. For instance, the ipad didn’t exist just 8 years ago, but today it’s an extremely profitable niche.

    There will always be new products, new events, and things going on everyday that creates new keywords on a daily basis.
