    Hello,

I need some help with improving my rank, traffic, and number of backlinks for my website. My website is an online arcade which is called www.abigarcade.com. The website is user-friendly and has enough content to satisfy the average gamer. However, it currently doesn't have much traffic due to me knowing basically nothing about SEO.

Therefore, I have come to you guys for help; the SEO experts. I do not know how to promote my arcade website. I cannot spend $xxx on promoting the website since it only makes about $20 a month, which goes toward the server cost.

I need help on all of the following:
    1. A suitable, appealing title.
    2. A good description of the website
    3. Keywords & Meta Keywords
    4. Meta Description
    5. Promoting the website
    6. How to increase rank & backlinks.

This is what my website title & description in Google:
A Big Arcade - A Big Arcade Full of Games!
Over 1100 Free Flash Games For You To Play, Enjoy, And Have Fun! An Online Arcade Built Just For You!
    www.abigarcade.com/

Any help is appreciated. Thank you, and I hope you enjoy the holidays!

    Merry Christmas,

    DJ

I never asked for a "free" solution. I just don't want to spend $100's when I purchased the website for over $3,000.

Where is that? Is it a bad to have a word repeated twice?

Yep, google doesn't like duplicate terms ...
Just a minor issue, but yeah, would help a little.

That seems a bit backwards to me, if i purchase a site for over $3,000 i would be very inclined to spend a few hundred to ensure my investment. Having your approach is likely to see your site's value sink as the traffic dries up to the point you might get low $xxx only if it's got a custom theme.

The site design is custom. I think I will just sell the website. I do not know how to promote it nor do I have the time anymore due to University studies. I am reluctant to pay since I do not want to lose money.

I don't mean to put a downer on things but i think you have already lost money on it. If it's generating $20 a month revenue, you are looking at about 10 months revenue as a sale figure unless it's got alot of traffic that isn't being maximized.

It's a catch 22, if you don't spend money or don't know how to promote it then it's worth will decrease as traffic dries up.

Well, 100 isn't going to get you far as for backlinks and SEO.
My starting fee is around $1,000 for clients, and that's on the low end.
I've seen several well known Search experts that start off at $2500 or $4000 to invest.

Just search around these forums, you can at least do the on-site SEO work and save yourself a little money.

    cheers

I do not have the money to be able to pay for SEO. I am 19 years old and do not have a job since I focus on University studies. Therefore, I will just wait until this website expires and start something else.

    I don't get you man

why the hell did you spend 3000$ on a website, when don't don't have a clue
on what to do with it? staying with the 20$ per month revenue and all. it's a really
    bad deal!

and after you spent so much money, you say that 100$ for SEO is to much?

so you should know, that if you want your site to be successful, then most of
your budget should go on SEO (and if not most, at least a big part of it)
and you should spend a lot of time in adding quality content.

if you are not planning to spend any time on your site, or money (although,
there free ways to do SEO, you just need to sit down and learn them)
then, why the hell did you spend 3000$?????

    I don't get you man
