Search Engine Optimization for Press Releases & Articles

    Hey there, I know some SEO, but I'd like to get more solid info.

    Is it suggested to use the same press release or article
    on multiple PR or article sites?

    I see services where people can submit it to 20 or more of these sites.

    Please share your thoughts and experiences with this and SEO.

    Yes, you can do that but that article & PR shouldn't be post on your website. Well, personally I do the same thing.

    I would suggest using the same press release/article on 4-5 quality websites only. And don't publish the same content on your website that you are using for press release or article submission purpose
